Akshara warns Kunal not to stop her and warns to ruin everything. She runs to Abhimanyu. She tries to wake him up. She sees that there is no motion in him and he calls for her.
Akshara makes him lay in the Car and finally admits him in the Hospital. She talks to herself asking him to come back soon.
Harsh comes to Manjiri and gives her files to which she gives him lemon water and he thanks her.
He is grateful to her for never letting their relationship affect anything. He thanks her for trying to always remove the differences.
Manjiri too thanks him for always keeping them together and he always handles everything. She tells him that there is something wrong, Harsh tells her that there is something if she feeling this.
She calls Abhimanyu. Nurse gives it to Akshara. Akshara wonders what to do. The Phone keeps ringing.
She decides not to lift the call. She messages her instead. Manjiri panics seeing the message. Birlas too panic. Manjiri and everyone decide to go to Jaipur.
The Doctor tells Akshara that there is nothing serious as of now. He decides to run tests. She requests the Doctor not to let anyone know that she brought Abhimanyu to the Hospital.
Akshara gets Heart Broken hearing Manjiri
Kunal panics wondering where Akshara is. Akshara looks at the hoodie. She gets upset not seeing her photo in his wallet.
She sees his Wallet empty and consoles herself. She sees her Bracelet in his jacket and gets confused.
Kunal calls Maya who gets worried while Kunal requests the Driver to Drive fast. Manjiri panics while Harsh takes her to the Car.
A Nurse comes and tells Akshara that she can meet Abhimanyu to which she rushes to him. She requests him to wake up and look at her once.
She praises him and says that she would have left him already if she knew that he would have become soo Handsome.
She tells him that he has to Read all the letters she has written for him. She shares her Heart with him and lies on him.
Precap: Manjiri comes to Abhimanyu and holds Akshara responsible for it. Akshara tells Kunal that he will never be able to seperate them. Mahima tells Manjiri that only he knows what he will do if Akshara comes in front of him. Manjiri says that he wouldn’t even look at her. Akshara gets heart broken hearing it.
