This stranger then uses Ishani and other doctors to escape him with a heart.
Later Dr. Sid marks a secret entry and fights with him and during that he shot on Asha but Ishani takes it over her and saves Asha.

Asha feels regretful as Ishani has not only saved her but her unborn baby as well.
On the other hand, Ishani is fighting for her life and keeps losing her heart rate.
Dr. Juhi and other doctors are handling this emergency case to save Ishani at any cost.
