MediaCorp’s culinary show MasterChef Singapore (aka. MasterChef SG) is back with season 2 for the year 2021 with the top 12 contestants list.
These 12 contestants will compete with each other in every challenge and tests to win this great title and trophy of MasterChef Singapore 2021.
On 25th April 2021, we saw the Grand Finale of MasterChef Singapore season 2 between our two 2 finalists.
On 18th April 2021, we saw the semi-finals of the MasterChef Singapore with our top 4 remaining contestants.
On 11th April 2021, we saw our Top 5 faced the Coffee challenge followed by a tough cooking challenge to reserve their spots in the semi-finals.
MasterChef Singapore 2021 Immunity – Advantage
On 4th March 2021, Team Green (Leon and Zephyr) won the advantage of the next week cooking.
On 28th March 2021, Derek won the first Immunity Pin of this season.
On 14th March 2021, all the contestants of Team Blue (Vasun Derek, and Mitchelle) got immuned from the elimination challenge.
On 7th March 2021, Team Blue got immuned from the eliminations.
MasterChef Singapore 2021 Elimination
On 25th April 2021, at the end of Grand Finale of MasterChef Singapore, Derek won the trophy while Leon was declared as the runner-up.
On 18th April 2021, Zephyr and Trish got eliminated from the MasterChef SG.
On 11th April 2021, the bottom 2 contestants were Nor and Zephyr. From them, Nor got eliminated.
On 4th April 2021, the bottom 2 contestants were Ganesh and Zephyr. From them, Ganesh got eliminated.

Nor deserves to be in the finals.. not sure what twisted the results.. nevertheless I wish her all the best & hope she carries on her passion & become a renowned chef some day.

And Zephyr should have been eliminated long ago, someone who is so emotionally vulnerable can’t be qualified as a chef, let alone MasterChef or any leadership role!
But in the end, Zephyr has better qualifications and skillz to cook. Even if she is emotionally vulnerable, so what? Her dish is better.
Her dish? You mean it was always in the bottom 3. Her lucked just run out this round. She should have ended a long time ago.
I don’t think this is about your qualifications. How can her dish be better if she was always in the bottom 3. Whereas Nor did consistently well for almost all challenges. So now you what Masterchef is all about… it’s all for the drama and it’s rigged.
Shocked to know that Nor is out after winning the first coffee challenge in the first half.
I’m not sure how this cooking contest is judged but certainly unbalanced to kick out Not whom had won the first challenge and whom had been consistently performing well in the past challenges.
