Citytv’s reality show Canada’s Got Talent 2022 (CGT) season 1 got a great start from it’s first audition round.
During the 6 initial audition rounds, many contestants/groups have participated in CGT 2022 and at the end, some contestants were advanced to the next round and some of them got the Golden Buzzer.
Now all these selected acts will face Judges’ Cutdown Round. From them, we will get 18 selected contestants for the Semi-finals.
During the Semi-final rounds, these remaining contestants will perform their act to win judges votes as well as Canada’s votes.
At the end, we will get Top 8 finalists of Canada’s Got Talent 2022 followed by the Grand Finale.

Canada’s Got Talent 2022 Elimination Updates
On May 17, 2022, the Top 3 finalists were Kellie Loder, Jeanick Fournier and The Renegades. From them, Jeanick Fournier became the winner of Canada’s Got Talent 2022.
On May 10, 2022, at the end of 2nd semi-final round, judges choose Stacey Kay and Savio Joseph as the finalists of Canada’s Got Talent. The remaining 7 will compete for Canada’s votes.
On May 3, 2022, at the end, judges choose Courtney Gilmour and GRVMNT as the finalists of Canada’s Got Talent. The remaining 7 will compete for Canada’s votes.
