For Week 15: For this week (16th-17th December 2023), the nominated contestants for grand finale are Amardeep, Arjun, Prashanth, Priyanka, Sivaji, and Yawar.

On 17th December 2023, Pallavi Prasanth became the winner of Bigg Boss Telugu 7 while Amardeep was declared as 1st runner-up of this season. Along with this, Sivaji secured 3rd place while Yawar walked out with briefcase of Rs. 15 lakhs.
On 16th December 2023, Arjun got eliminated and got 6th Place in Bigg Boss Telugu Season 7. While Priyanka scored 5th place.
On 10th December 2023, Shobha got evicted from Bigg Boss Telugu Season 7 and we got top 6 finalists.
