Voot started Bigg Boss OTT Kannada (ಬಿಗ್ಬಾಸ್ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸೀಸನ್ Season 1) for the year 2022 with top 16 selected contestants.
Bigg Boss OTT premiered it’s Grand Opening on 6th August 2022 revealing and introducing all these 16 amazing contestants of this digital edition.
In this OTT journey, all these contestants will give full effort to stay safe from every week’s nominations and eliminations.
During weekend, host Sudeep Kichcha will eliminate one/two contestants from this competition based on the received votes from public.

For the finale week elimination (16th September 2022), the nominated contestants were Aryavardhan Guruji, Sonu, Roopesh, Sanya, Somanna, Jayashree, Jashwanth and Rakesh.

On 16th September 2022, Jashwanth, Jayashree, Somanna and Sonu got eliminated from Bigg Boss OTT Kannada finale. While the winners Roopesh, Rakesh, Sanya and Aryavardhan Guruji entered in Bigg Boss Kannada Season 9 as Champions.
On 10th September 2022, Nandini (aka Nandu) got eliminated from Bigg Boss OTT Kannada.
