Anupama finds that Vanraj is living in Dr. Advait Khanna’s wellness center. She rushes to meet Vanraj and gets emotional seeing him there.
Anupama burst out her anger on Vanraj on how he could do this at the time of divorce. Vanraj reveals that he is not mentally ready to tackle divorce situation.
In between this conversation, Anupama gets unconscious and falls down. Vanraj gets shocked.

Advait diagnose her and later disclose that Anupama is suffering from ovary tumor. Vanraj gets shocked and emotional hearing this bad news.
Adhvait also advice Vanraj to take extreme care of her and shower love over her.
